"low" was about 25 mph with 300 lb. rider). We haven't tested the top
speed in high under load, due to space limitations (the police get upset

Twister Hammerheads are not allowed to be sold to
the customer in a box, and shipping companies will not ship an un-boxed go-kart,
so these karts cannot be shipped.
