Purchase Options

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover (Novus), Diner's Club, cash, cashier's checks, and debit cards, in person at our store. Visa and MasterCard are accepted via phone, subject to limitations under "Parts" below. We no longer accept personal or business checks, except for layaway deposit (restrictions apply).

(Credit cards and checks are accepted from the owner only. The imprinted name must match the driver's license on checks, or the signature panel on credit cards. We cannot accept orders for go-karts over the phone. For parts orders, see "PARTS" below.)

VEHICLES

To purchase a kart or utility vehicle from Reliable Go-Karts:

You may use most major credit cards, but not "credit card" checks, except on layaway (see above).
You may use layaway. Layaway purchases may be made my mail, but must be picked up at the store.
You may come in and leave with the kart of your choice, normally within minutes.
Your kart will be completely assembled and running, ready to ride.

Financing is available (WAC) from Sheffield Financial for utility vehicles and mowers. (We do not have financing for go-karts.) Approval is generally within 10 -- 20 minutes. You may fill out an application in our store, or, click here for pre-approval (apply online). Please note the paperwork must be signed, and the unit picked up, at our location in Cedar Hill. This is NOT for online purchases. Copy of driver's license will be required. You will still need to contact us, as they will not know for whom you are completing the credit application.

Layaways are accepted through the end of the calendar year.

Since we believe a go-kart should be assembled and professionally serviced before being given to the customer, we recommending purchasing from a local dealer who carries quality karts. (We do not sell go-karts over the internet, except for layaway pickup at our store.)

PARTS

Please visit our store location for the best in service. If you cannot visit us in person, contact us via e-mail for a quote or visit our online store. Please provide the part name and number. If you do not have the part number, please provide the brand and model of the go-kart. While we're delighted to help identify the correct part(s), we do not have the manpower to provide technical assistance over the phone (except for original purchasers of our karts).

If you will be picking your part up in person at our store:

Bring the brand and model. If the kart was purchased from us originally, there will be a 6-digit number (starting with "10") on a silver label -- we can look up your kart with that number. If you are the ORIGINAL purchaser of a new kart from us, we can look it up by your name. Exception: If you need a spindle for a Brister's Thunder Kart, we may need to see the spindle to match it, especially on torque converter models.
